I bought the deluxe version of “basket full of sunshine” for a relatives funeral. I received and email the next day stating they didn’t have it available and would substitute with florists choice. I understand in the floral world not everything is always available, but the bouquet that was sent was pitiful. It was all white, not a single yellow flower included, and was in a glass vase and nothing special about it. My mom joked that I should have let her know and she would have stopped by the grocery store to get a better bouquet. Hope anyone else has better luck in the future, but this one definitely missed the mark.

The flower basket that was brought to the funeral home in Holly, Mi. Was at least three or for days old. They were wilted to the point that some were dryer brown on the tips of the flower. I paid over a hundred dollars for this basket of recycled flowers. The order came from Southfield Mi. Which is about 35 miles away. This was ordered from the funeral homes sympathy store. Somebody is getting rich selling recycled flowers! TOTALLY UNSATISFIED!

Totally disappointed. The tiny basket of pink flowers (if indeed that was my order) was so tiny I could hold it in one hand. Not a Basket Full. Not happy at all. I went to the cemetery to try to figure out which floral arrangement was from me, all tags were gone. When I call to say I never saw it OR got a confirmation of the delivery of the flowers, customer service called the florist and was told they did not have the flowers in picture and substituted something else. It was NOT $67.95 with of flowers. The day after the funeral, I received a confirmation that flowers were delivered. Will not use that local florist in the future and probably will not use Sympathy Store.

The premium showed 3 lillies on viewing side (assuming there would be 3 on the other side also), many roses and rose buds, a few daisies and lovely filler flowers. the flowers extended way above the handle. What I got was not even the least expensive version! a total of 2 lillies, 2 roses many small mums. and 2 sprouts of golden rod. I wish I could include my photo on this site! I choose to use this florist because it was associated with the funeral home and I expected to get what the photo showed! I was hurt and extremely embarrassed when I arrived at the funeral! NO I would never recommend you and I would appreciate a refund, or at least an adjustment to my charge. Thank you. Pat Kines

Bright colors stand out from some of the other choices. Card was hand written and there's only so much space so don't get too wordy. I thought it was smaller than what the photo image appears and while I don't have a lower cost version to compare it with I would not want to go with anything of lesser size/quality so choose the premium version. They do make it easy to order flowers and they were delivered when promised.
