I have found that most of the time when you order flowers for a funeral or wedding the cost jumps way up and the arrangement very rarely looks like the picture in size. It's usually much smaller. This was the 1st time I have used a florist recommended by the funeral home. I truly wasn't expecting much however to my great surprise the arrangement was BEAUTIFUL & LARGE and I was beyond pleased. The arrangement looked just like the pic you see here. Thank you very much for such an amazing arrangement.

I can't review the basket arrangement itself because the viewing I attended at the funeral home was very crowded which made it difficult to get around to see the cards that were included on the floral arrangements. Since there were many similar Lily Baskets I had no idea which one was from me. I can however say that the service itself was excellent (5 stars). I ordered last minute and the arrangement was delivered before 1:15pm (the first viewing started at 2:00pm). There was no extra charge like other online florists to have the flowers "delivered by 1:00pm". I will definitely use Hello Flowers in the future and would recommend to all my family & friends.

I was so disappointed in the $100+ arrangement prepared for my Aunt Anita’s service. Whereas the picture showed an arrangement that was made of a variety of white flowers and looked traditional, though willowy-very pretty and detailed, the arrangement that was delivered was 7-8 roses (they did not look fresh at the time of the service), and was one of two identical arrangements placed side-by-side. The roses seemed overwhelmed by the greenery. Whereas I wanted something special, it was very plain-looking. I have bought dozens of arrangements in the past but I was disappointed in this one.

An absolute rip-off! I ordered the Peaceful White Lilies Basket. The photo showed 4 Stargazer lilies, with 2 more buds. I paid almost $160 for it. What was delivered looked like left over flowers! As the family member in charge of ordering flowers for our beloved ones, it is very convenient to have the floral service on the funeral home website. There are many options to choose from as well. After debating which arrangement to choose based on the photo on the website , I was taken back with all of the additional fees tacked on to the arrangement price but I understand convenience comes with a price. However, when I arrived at the visitation, I was more than disappointed with the execution of the arrangement. While I completely understand not every flower is in season & available in all areas, I do not accept that those flowers can just be eliminated from the arrangement, entirely, leaving the arrangement looking sparse and bare, especially considering that those missing flowers were included in the price. It didn't look like the photo at all. The flowers should have been substituted with another available flower with a comparable value. Very disappointed.
